Our factory in Esztergom

Since 1 May 2012, Weldmont Metalltechnik Kft. in Esztergom has been accommodated in a larger factory. Our new factory is located in Pöltenberg utca 17, where we employ more than 45 workers.

We perform all kinds of metalworking and welding services as well as special machine construction and sheet metal processing.

On 01/11/2013, due to high demand, we expanded our factory by an area of 300 m2, where we store our raw materials and semi-finished products. In addition, we use this new storage space to package our finished products for export.

In the course of 2013, we continuously expanded our range of machinery. In the first quarter of the year, we acquired a new AMADA press brake, which will now allow us to manufacture more series products. This year, we will also invest in additional stamping machines, lathes and other smaller machines. We already bought a Mikron 1250 milling machine.

In 2016, we put a new CNC milling machine and our new MAZAK laser cutting machine into operation. These investments and our certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 38342, EN 1090 EXC1, EXC2, EXC3) enable us to serve our customers in all segments of the metal industry. In 2016,

we additionally expanded our factory by adding a new 130 m2 welding workshop and a new 840 m2 logistics area. On top of this, we moved into an entirely new factory directly next door, which will be equipped with our brand-new machines (financed by EU funding).

We attach particular importance to investing in young professionals and further training. To this end, we established a welder training facility in 2018, where we train young welders in-house, who are then either sent to our customers in Germany or employed directly in our factory.
