CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

As the person submitting application documents (hereinafter referred to as the 'application") to WELDMONT METALLTECHNIK Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (Limited Liability Company) (Registered Office: Pöltenberg utca 17, Esztergom, 2500, Commercial Register Number: 11-09-016027, hereinafter referred to as the “Organisation”) via this website, I hereby make the following declaration concerning the processing of my personal data.

I hereby acknowledge that the Organisation processes the personal data provided in the application. I acknowledge that the Organisation processes data for the purpose of evaluating my application. I acknowledge that the legal basis for processing the data provided in the application is my consent given in this declaration.

With this declaration, I hereby accept that the Organisation processes my personal data provided in the application until the application has been evaluated.

I hereby declare that I have read and understood the Organisation's Privacy Policy. I acknowledge that the Organisation is obliged to provide me information at any time on the personal data they process concerning me. I acknowledge that I have the right to request from the Organisation rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data, to exercise my right to data portability and, if the processing is unlawful, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

I acknowledge that I may withdraw this declaration, in whole or in part, at any time with effect for the future.

With this declaration, I hereby accept that the Organisation processes my personal data provided in the application in the manner described above.

PRIVACY POLICY

CONCERNING JOB APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED VIA THE WEBSITE OF WELDMONT

SCOPE: 25 MAY 2018

This Privacy Policy shall govern the processing of personal data of natural persons who get in contact with WELDMONT METALLTECHNIK Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság, (Limited Liability Company) (Registered Office: Pöltenberg utca 17, Esztergom, 2500, Commercial Register Number: 11-09-016027, hereinafter referred to as the “Organisation”) as the controller in compliance with the Hungarian and the European Union's provisions on data protection.

1. This Privacy Policy has been prepared with due regard to the following provisions:

1.1. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (of 27 April 2016) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

1.2. Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information ("Privacy Act").

I. SCOPE

1. The personal scope of this Privacy Policy covers the Data Subject.

2. The material scope of this Privacy Policy extends to all personal data of the Data Subject processed by the Organisation.

II. DEFINITIONS

1. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as defined in the relevant provisions, unless expressly defined otherwise in this Privacy Policy.

2. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the Data Subject is the person submitting an application via the Organisation's website in order to take up employment.

III. PROCESSING THE DATA OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Data processed in relation to the Data Subject

The Organisation exclusively processes data in relation to the Data Subject that he or she has provided to the Organisation during the job application. The Data Subject is obliged to indicate his or her name, e-mail address, telephone number, year of birth and information related to his or her professional experience during the application process; without these data, the Organisation is not able to identify or contact the Data Subject and make a decision on whether the applicant meets the basic requirements for the positions advertised by the Organisation.

IV. RULES GOVERNING THE DATA PROCESSING

Purpose of processing

The Organisation processes the data of the Data Subject for the purpose of evaluating the application of the Data Subject and making a decision on whether or not to hire the Data Subject.

Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for the data processing is the consent given by the Data Subject.

Period of processing

The Organisation processes the data of the Data Subject referred to in Section III until the application has been evaluated.

Persons to whom the data may be disclosed

The data of the Data Subject referred to in Section III may be disclosed to the recruiting staff.

Other relevant circumstances relating to data processing

The Organisation processes the data of the Data Subject referred to in Section III in paper form and in their IT system.

V. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT WITH REGARD TO DATA PROCESSING

The Data Subject shall have the right at any time to withdraw his or her consent to the processing of personal data concerning him or her given to the Organisation. The Data Subject shall send the withdrawal of his or her declaration of consent in electronic form to adatkezeles@weldmont.hu or by post to the address 17 Pöltenberg utca, Esztergom, 2500. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The Data Subject has the right to:

a) request information on the processing of personal data concerning him or her (right of access)
b) request rectification of personal data;
c) request erasure of personal data;
d) request restriction of processing of personal data;
e) object to processing of personal data;
f) exercise his or her right to data portability.

Furthermore, the Data Subject has the right to:

a) lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information;
b) effective judicial remedy if he or she considers that his or her rights have been infringed
c) claim compensation.

Right to information (right of access)

The Data Subject shall have the right to obtain from the Organisation confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the following information: a) the purposes of the processing; b) the categories of personal data concerned; c) the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations; d) where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period; e) the existence of the right to request from the controller rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the Data Subject or to object to such processing; f) the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

The Organisation shall provide a copy of the personal data undergoing processing. For any further copies requested by the Data Subject, the Organisation may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs. Where the Data Subject makes the request by electronic means, and unless otherwise requested by the Data Subject, the information shall be provided in a commonly used electronic form.

The Organisation shall have the right to refuse to take action on the request of the Data Subject only in the cases provided for in the applicable provisions, in which case the Organisation shall inform the Data Subject of the reason(s) and the legal basis for not taking action as well as the possibility of seeking a judicial remedy or lodging a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information

Right to rectification

The Data Subject shall have the right to obtain from the Organisation without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the Data Subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

Right to erasure ('right to be forgotten')

The Data Subject shall have the right to obtain from the Organisation the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and the Organisation shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay.

Right to restriction of processing

The Data Subject shall have the right to obtain from the Organisation restriction of processing where one of the following applies: a) the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the Data Subject, for a period enabling the Organisation to verify the accuracy of the personal data; b) the processing is unlawful and the Data Subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead; c) the Organisation no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the Data Subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; d) the Data Subject has objected to processing pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the Organisation override those of the Data Subject.

Right to object

The Data Subject shall have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her. The Organisation shall no longer process the personal data unless the Organisation demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the Data Subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Right to data portability

The Data Subject shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to the Organisation, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller.

Right to an effective judicial remedy

The Data Subject shall have the right to an effective judicial remedy in accordance with the applicable provisions if he or she considers that his or her rights have been infringed as a result of the processing.

Right to claim compensation

If the Data Subject suffers damage in connection with the data processing, he or she shall have the right to claim compensation in accordance with the applicable provisions.

The Organisation undertakes to respond to the requests of the Data Subject without undue delay, within 25 days at the latest.

The Data Subject shall send the requests in electronic form to adatkezeles@weldmont.hu or by post to the address 17 Pöltenberg utca, Esztergom, 2500.

VI. ORGANISATIONAL AND SECURITY MEASURES

The Organisation ensures the security of the processed data by taking the necessary technical and organisational measures, in particular to protect the data against unauthorised access, alteration, transfer, disclosure, erasure, destruction, accidental destruction or damage as well as inaccessibility resulting from a change in the employed technology. The Organisation regularly reviews the technical and organisational measures and updates them, if necessary. The Organisation takes all necessary measures to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the personal data. For that purpose, the Organisation requests the cooperation of the Data Subject. In order to ensure that the personal data are not kept longer than necessary, the Organisation reviews the data every six months.
